Enough answers to convince. Enough depth to understand.

From many companies, we hear that qualitative research does deliver fascinating insights, but its validity is often questioned: “Just because eight people say so doesn’t mean we’ll change anything.”

Conversely, quantitative studies do provide clear figures, but often leave open the question of why people decide the way they do.

Community Research combines both perspectives. Our communities enable structured surveys with a sufficient number of responses, while also providing room for open reasoning, arguments and motivations.

Our communities consist of personally verified participants who explain their motivations and decisions to us. This produces robust results in sufficient quantity.

With our young community in particular, we also reach a target group that is increasingly difficult to access through conventional survey channels.

Founder & Research Lead

Master of Arts in Economics, University of Zurich

Market researcher specialising in behavioural economics and customer insights, with over eight years of experience in qualitative and quantitative market research.

She began her career at a market research institute, where she designed, conducted and analysed studies for various industries over a period of four years. She then spent four years at Helsana, where she was responsible for research projects supporting marketing and UX teams.

A key focus of her work lies in behavioural-economic questions relating to customers’ decisions, expectations and perceptions. Her master’s thesis was written within the research group of Prof. Dr. Ernst Fehr.

Her aim is not only to capture answers, but to understand why people decide the way they do. Community Research combines this approach with stable communities as the basis for research, creating studies that deliver genuine explanations.
